Our Carignane Rosé is a rosé style wine made from the Carignane grape. The wine's beautiful color through a technique known as Saignée. Prior to fermentation,  the juice was drained from one of our old-vine Carignane lots. This pink juice that is removed is cold-fermented separately to produce this rosé wine.


The Carignane Rosé showcases a light pink color with aromas of peach and strawberries. This refreshing and complex off-dry rosé exhibits plenty of fresh and bright fruit with a tantalizing combination of strawberries and rhubarb pie on the palate. Enjoy year round with a variety of dishes such as; grilled salmon, mild and soft cheeses, fresh berries, and even with your holiday turkey.
